Luckily I caught this picture of my mom, looking at me with a mixture of awe and admiration. I caught this when she first saw my new tattoo. Even though I'm 32 going on 33 this Dec (If you're poised to get me a present, my bday is Dec 29) I still have the same impetus that I did at 16, to shock my unshockable parents. Remember when I tried to burn the rents with that classic: "Mom I smoke pot and there's nothing you guys can do about it!" ? They were so nonplussed. So when I showed her my new tattoo, she was only weirded by my notion that this is the (my quote) "smartest thing I've ever done". That pretty much sums up her expression. Damn dudes. This is a great lady. And she has to deal with so much. Its not like I'm such a big rebel. She's just still waiting patiently for me to grow the ef up. Love ya'll!!!!
