This is a tattoo parlour in CT, a truly messed up state. When I imagine a messed up state, I normally think Utah, Nevada or Alabama. Turns out, CT is the messed up state of them all! What a bunch of weirdos! But for other reasons than this sweet ass tattoo parlour sign.
